Licensing folder with license(s) is missing. Please move the license file.
Header is not optimal, copyright lies at the chair, which should be mentioned in the header.
How does the license Java file cope with different authors?

This PR adds license headers in every src not test file. We use https://github.com/MoSimEngine/RefactorLizar/blob/345cb335d81a6d81222e7bfd737c584152e80aee/LicenseHeaderFile.java as Header.
